Live outside of canada

I was a foreign worker since Feb 2021 and I left Canada Aug 20, 2022 and I'm tax resident of Canada for 2022. 

Now I live in USA and need to file my tax return including departure tax. 

If I buy "File with expert" service, can I get full service? 

I want to know before I purchased it. 

Because on the system, for current mail address part, I cannot enter US address.

No, Full Service is not available for Non Residents.

To enter in a non-Canadian address in TurboTax Online, select "My Info", then "Contact Information" from the left side menu. The first question on the page is "Is your mailing address outside Canada?". Answer "Yes" and you will be able to put in whatever you need to.
