I have the same issue. The software won't allow me to save the existing file to PDF or to print a copy out because of "locked forms". I guess they will get to it when they are able. Makes me think about going back to doing my own returns on paper or some other alternative. Doing taxes is frustrating enough, but to be stopped in your tracks from saving a PDF or even printing up a copy for your own use seems unreasonable to me. I have basic tax forms include T5 and T5008. I expect it is the T5008 that is holding things up, but it doesn't seem to be listed in the locked form list, although Schedule 3 is. I am expecting a refund, and would like to get it sooner rather than later but I can't because of the " locked forms". I will have to check back in a few days I guess.
@Cfam Schedule 3 is one of the locked forms. These forms are still locked by CRA and not finalized by yet. Please refer to this link Why does TurboTax say my forms are locked or haven't been finalized?
As soon as these forms gets finalize we will be updating them in TurboTax.

I have found that if I remove the T5008 and Schedule 3 info then I can go ahead and save and print my return. From Revenue Canada's website I notice that the most recent Schedule 3 (5000-S3 E (24)) requires capital gains/losses to be recorded in two Periods to reflect the proposed new inclusion rate (?). But it also seems that they are reverting back to the 50% including rate for the time being and possibly need to update their Schedule 3 on their website (?) as well as with Turbotax. I will be calling Revenue Canada on Monday to clarify this with them.

@TurboTaxAniqua What about the rest of us who don't have any of the locked forms but still get the same issue? Why aren't you answering to us about what is going on?
Same here with T5 and RL3
Maybe the solution is to submit without that info and once processed at Gouv Level, request a later adjustment.
But this is stupid... I want a full TurboTax refund.
Let me do my taxes with HR Block online to see if they are also blocked.

It has been a week and there is still no update about the fix of this bug. This should be a Priority 1 as it impacts so many users. What are the alternatives for this problem? Sending it without the T5 and do an adjustment later?
