This is being absolutely insulting to customers to ask us to just wait, without even providing any wait time! And not acknowledging the problem and instead blaming it on CRA when we can easily observe that other platforms are normally working is the cherry on top. We perfectly know the deadline is April 30th, we have personal reasons to wanting to file our taxes now and it is inappropriate and condescending to tell us to wait until April 30th.
I requested a full refund and I will file my taxes elsewhere, this was the last time with Turbotax for me.
I am reading other threads with users having the same or similar problems. It seems some folks are being told that some problems will be resolved on March 6, other problems no timeline. It seems as though most of the mess has to do with capital gains, but this implicates T5 and somehow people (like me) claiming interest but without a T5.
it would be great if any of this were communicated clearly.

The number of locked forms listed on the page under the FAQ has gotten shorter, so presumably forms are being unlocked. However, my return still cannot be filed...and I am NOT USING ANY OF THE LISTED forms.
