Losing information

Twice now, after launching the CRA autofill, all the previous info that i entered is lost. Please advise as this is super frustrating and time consuming.

Same here... I've been trying for the last week.

I keep entering the same information.  hitting save the whole time. then the program automatically closes and erases all my data.   3 times now
