I purchased TurboTax 2021 from Costco in January, but just went to install it and found that the insert with the license code is not included in the CD sleeve. I recycled the box months ago.
I have used TurboTax for many years, always installing from the CD. I still have the insert with license code in the 2020 version on my bookshelf, so I know exactly what is missing!
What is my solution here? I don't want to pay twice for the same product, especially as a long-term customer.
Unfortunately because it was purchased at Costco and not directly from TurboTax there is no way for us to have your license code. You can contact our phone support team to see if they can assist you further.
