I started my 2023 tax return last week. Netfile was down so I couldn't; file. I paid for the service. Now the return is nowhere on my account. Support had no idea what they were doing. I have a payment receipt.

I have the exact same problem. Prepared a return for 2023 tax year at beginning of February. Netfile was closed so I waited until today to file. But now I cannot find the return that I had prepared to file yet the software was bought and paid for. The rep on the phone was not useful and just referred me here. I logged in with the proper account and still nothing showing up for a 2023 tax return.

So can I ask how you recovered it? I'm having the same issue right now and the rep was not helpful and its not letting me restart my 2024 file
