I have submitted all of my documents and spoken to an advisor and also the accountant, but all of our chat history has gone and the tax return seems to have reverted to asking for an initial assistant call again - what is going on please?
Please double check that you are looking at the right return. If you have Full Service, it should say that on the top left under the TurboTax logo when you open the return.
