Not able to install CD

I purchased a 2021 Turbotax standard in a store a few days ago.  I got error 1335 when I tried to install it.  I search the support community and you suggest us to download it from your website.  I tried but it requires me to pay of it again (require my Credit card information).  I tried putting the Licence Code into the coupon box but it did not work.  Can you please  advise.

You can download the current version of TurboTax CD/download without paying again here:  Choose the 2021 TurboTax edition you need (for Windows).

If you have a licence code, then that is for TurboTax CD/Download (for Windows). It will not work with TurboTax Online.
