I have a 16 digit activation code and not working.
Deluxe 8 purchased at Costco. No activation card in box

Hello - I have entered my on-line activation code multiple times and it is saying something is wrong. I have confirmed with Costco that it was activated so that is not the issue. I called and was on hold for 30mins and than was hung up on. Help
Make sure you scratch the back of the card below the number under the barcode. It contains both letters and numbers. I entered the number under the bar code a bunch of times myself... good luck!

Yes, the code worked, I made sure to put in upper case letters not lower case.
