Online activation code does not work when I get to the payment prompt

Please reply whether you scratched to reveal your code on your activation card from Costco! Otherwise we can't help you...

i recently installed the Canadian version of turbo tax online. The installation key has 21 numerical characters yet it supposes to be 11. I installed the keys and it doesn't recognise the code. I uninstalled,  I reinstalled a few times now it just skips the code open boxes and tries to install directly with no success

There is only TurboTax Windows available for 2019. If you downloaded the 2019 tax year software- and you can't get it to accept the code please contact our phone support team who can assist you further. Once you open up the link click on contact us by phone.
