Pension splitting optimization not working

Hi there,
When I try to optimize the pension split between me and my spouse, the optimizer does not work. When I click "optimize" the screen blinks for a second and returns $0 to be split. I know this is not the case as I have been splitting pension income for over a decade. This is clearly a software issue. Any idea how to resolve?

Please try reinstalling TurboTax using the download from our website.  You can download the current version of TurboTax CD/download edition here:  Choose the 2023 TurboTax edition you need (for Windows).
