Phone Number Update

Hello, I have moved back to New Zealand but I am filing my taxes for when I was working back in Canada for 2025. I no longer have usage or access to my Canadian phone number and have an appointment scheduled this week with a tax expert to file. 

How can I pass on my new phone number for them to contact me on? last week I had a call with an administrative person and they rang me on my NZ number no problem, but there are no options or emails to state to call me on whatsapp as I am using an international phone number,

Unfortunately our tax experts can't call non-Canadian phone numbers, or use Whatsapp to make calls. If you know someone who does have a Canadian number and can do a group call or transfer to your New Zealand number, that might work.

This is not possible or helpful for me at all, can I hand off my documents with what I have entered or submitted already?
How am I supposed to get my overseas taxes done for the previous year, after I have left the country? 

In the last week I received a turbo tax call from an administrator/online person and she rang my New Zealand number absolutely no problem - why is it different now?

You can log back into your TurboTax account, go to Full Service Return, and select Schedule Welcome Call. However, tax season has not yet started, so you will be told to call back on or after February 23rd.
