Product rebate

I’m trying to purchase the turbo tax for business program, as per the email I received, it is supposed to qualify for a 15% rebate, but every time I choose it I only get an option to pay full price and enter a rebate code, but I wasn’t provided a rebate code. Since I was sent an email as a repeat customer, why can’t I purchase the product at the reduced price? I am trying to purchase before the promotion ends tomorrow.
