Purchase Tax Year 2024 Deluxe Online Edition, created an account but nowhere to enter 16 digit activation code

I am an existing client who has purchased th Deluxe Online Version and trying to activate as per instructions in the packaging but nowhere can I find where to do that after spending 30 minutes on this simple task

If you have bought TurboTax Online, please go to turbotax.ca/activate to use your code before you start your returns. You can see this TurboTax FAQ for step-by-step instructions: In TurboTax Online, how do I use a prepayment code? Please note that you can only use the code once in one account. Using the code again will give an error message.
