Recording Ontario Staycation on Worksheet ON479

I have entered information in the first three rows for line 63052 - Ontario Staycation - on worksheet ON479.

A "total of accommodation expenses" appears, but it is not including all three lines that I've entered; it seems to include only the 1st and 3rd lines.  Can you please review this and provide a solution for me?
