    RL10 does not transfer to Federal Line 413000/41400

    I entered my RL10 FTQ contribution but it does not automatically populate on the Federal lines 41300 and 41400. There use to be a form T5006 which no longer exists.  Can anyone please advise?

    RL10 does not transfer to Federal Line 413000/41400

    Please use the Find tool to search for "LSVCC credit" and fill out that section. This should populate Federal lines 41300 and 41400.
