Are you using Safari? If so, please try again using another web browser, such as Chrome. There is an issue with Safari and our scheduling page. Our development team is working to fix it asap.
I have a Mac and am using Safari and I can't schedule a Live review either. So I scheduled on my wife's laptop using Chrome and got a confirmation email for April 20th at 5:30pm but no one called. What's up with that??
