T2200 im an apprentice mechanic. I qualify for the apprentice tool deduction. Do I also qualify for the tradesperson deduction? Or is that for licensed mechanics?

The CRA is vague on what they classify as a tradesperson. Iā€™m seeing that an apprentice will qualify for both as an apprentice is a person working in the trades. There for a tradesperson.

Please see the CRA link: Employed apprentice mechanics

Yes I know about that page. Iā€™ve read it. But it says I have to calculate my tradesperson deductions first if I qualify for any. Then calculate my apprentice deductions. Iā€™m asking how do i know if i qualify for tradespersons deductions? I know i qualify for the apprentice deductions. But I need to know if i qualify for both. The CRA isnā€™t clear on what they consider to be a tradesperson.
