T4A(p) number of months - cannot exceed 12 error

I am getting this message:

The total of the number of months of disability and retirement income received should not exceed 12. Please correct.

I only have a value for box 14 (retirement benefit), only have 12 months entered for box 23 (number of months - retirement).  There is no values on my T4A(P) for box 21 or any other box (15-19)

How can I fix this so I can file?

Try deleting the form and re-entering it.
