How do I process my tax arrears  can I do the  the 2019 tax return first

You will need to start with the oldest return that you need to file and then once you get to the 2016-2019 tax years you can NetFile them. 

Click here to see the prior years return. If you need older returns you will get them here- from the CRA website. You will need to print them off and then complete and send them and mail them.
