The activation code for my 2025 Deluxe Online Edition is not being accepted?

Please keep in mind that the code can only be used once per account. Using the code again will result in an error message. It can only be linked to one account. Additionally, TurboTax Online and TurboTax Desktop codes are not interchangeable.

Recent purchase from Costco.   Have entered the activation code and continue to get an error message.

Can you please suggest what I can do to fix it.   Do I return it to Costco or can you assist.

What error code/message are you getting? 

If you purchased TurboTax Online, you must activate the code to link it to your Intuit Online account. Please use this link to activate it for your account. This code can only be activated once in a single account. All returns must be filed from this account.

If you bought TurboTax Desktop, you need to download the software onto your computer from this link.

This post explains diddly. I copy and paste the code I received from Customer Service with my Order Confirmation. I can enter it. It is not accepted saying The license code you entered is not valid. Error code: 606

It IS 16 Characters Long cut and pasted from the email as I already said.

Thank you for the information, code 606. This means that your license code and your software versions do not match. Therefore, if you entered the code in the turbotax.ca/activate site, that is for TurboTax Online software only and means that you purchased TurboTax Desktop/Download. or vice versa.
