C'est fĆ¢chant de payer pour un service qui ne fonctionne pas. C'Ć©tait ma premiĆØre expĆ©rience et c'est trĆØs dĆ©cevant. J'ai perdu 4h hier Ć essayer sans succĆØs et mĆŖme le service Ć la clientĆØle n'a pas pu m'aider

Has this been resolved yet? I am still having issues filing - CRA works. Help desk had no solution. (Turbo Care via telephone)

Yes until this issue is corrected, it may be the quickest solution.

Using on line. Is this a software issue with turbotax ?
Please try to change browser and/or remove the Netfile code while filing for your Netfile in Quebec. Several clients have succeeded by changing browser or going into incognito mode as well.
