J'ai passé plus d'une heure hier avec le service à la clientèle et aucune solution. On m'a dit de réessayer demain et de rappeler ensuite.. C'est fâchant de payer pour un service qui ne fonctionne pas. C'était ma première expérience et c'est très décevant. J'ai perdu 4h hier à essayer sans succès et même le service à la clientèle n'a pas pu m'aider

Has this been resolved yet? I am still having issues filing - CRA works. Help desk had no solution. (Turbo Care via telephone)

Yes until this issue is corrected, it may be the quickest solution.

Please try to change browser and/or remove the Netfile code while filing for your Netfile in Quebec. Several clients have succeeded by changing browser or going into incognito mode as well.
