Turbo tax Wallmart purchase, license code not working

HI,

I have purchase a turbo tax basic from Wallmart yesterday for 39.99, the license code came in a sheet of paper instead of a scratch card, when I put in the 16 digit code it says invalid. did go back, exchanged the turbotax for a brand new box, still running into the same problem.
