TurboTax 2022 Licence Code

Purchased Turbotax 2022 Standard from Costco Canada.  Instructions say you can download by visiting "turbotax.ca/download".  After some effort found a place to download it and entered the Licence Code.  Got the message "Something went wrong, Try re-entering your code.  Checked the code, several times, and verified the address but no luck. Two questions: 1) Is turbotax.ca/download the correct address, bearing in mind I've paid for the product? and 2) Are Licence Codes distributed through 3rd parties (ie. Costco) in your system as valid codes or do we need to got somewhere else.

Please make sure you include a hyphen between every 4 numbers as the code from Costco should work at that address.
