I am unable to login to my account despite have all the information, login and password, due to not having access to my Phone number anymore, since I changed since last year. Didn't realize until now that was required to login.
When I try the option "Verify my account a different way" and filling all the correct information on "Answer questions about my identity" I end constantly with the error "There's an issue on our end. We're on it.", leaving with no other option. Please I need help with this!
