Unable to open 2023 software now after completing/filing many returns.

Unfortunately, it again didn't work with the re-install. Very frustrating and I have been TurboTax since the 2000s and this have never happened before.

trying to open my personal returns that are completed but had a balance due and had no money to pay,  so opted to have them take GST and carbon tax for the year.  now we have enough to cover the balance due.  so want to file 2023 and then file 2024  but I cant even open 2023 to see if i need to purchase more licenses.  I was sure I had 2 left for my husband and I's return
