I am trying to file our daughter’s taxes. She has a dependent but was a student full time in college. When I look it up she should still get the CWB because of having an eligible dependent but the program keeps taking away the benefit. Not sure how to fix this.
@Rob2015 How much is her income? For single individuals, the CWB amount is reduced if your adjusted net income is more than $26,149. You don't get the credit if the adjusted net income is more than $36,749.

Her income is below that but she did receive OSAP so with the amount she made and OSAP it totals out to over that.
@Rob2015 If her adjusted net income is not meeting the eligibility criteria, that could be the reason she is not qualified for CWB.
