I have exactly the same problem. Importation from CRA and Quebec only import 1 or 2 documents out of many clearly available and visible on CRA and Quebec portal.
I have tried Chrome and Firefox. Same result.
No error message, just missing 95% of all documents
Support please advise.

Support could not help. I bought U file instead and it downloaded everything perfectly. I then asked intuit for a refund.
