    Why have i got a message that says I may still be signed into cra when I never signed in to start?

    Please contact our phone support team as they will be able to assist you further. Unfortunately, from May 1 to mid-February, we go back to regular hours, which are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM ET for English and French support.
