    Anyone getting error Code#95365 from CRA when trying to Netfile their return. I believe it is a programming error in TurboTax

    Code 95365

    I guess I have the same problem as many people concerning this code with T-3, T936 and schedule 3 and I get error 95365 and my income tax is being rejected by Netfile. Will it be fix soon. I would appreciate a reply.

    When reporting capital gains on a t3 slip and allocating 50% to spouse- the allocation is not made on Schedule 3 and 100% is reported.

    I have deleted all T3s and reentered them in making sure the numbers are correct and box 21 is equal to box 53. Then rounded them up to the nearest dollar and so on and so on……. This is the most frustrating tax year ever. Turbro tax please get this f... read more
