I would like to know the status of my refund request, i tried to contact customer support but it doesnt give me any options to talk to a real human.
You refund request is still open, but it was only opened yesterday, and it typically takes about 24 business hours for refunds to be processed.

When phoning us, tell the answering machine what your issue is. Then when it asks if you want it to send you information by text message or email, say no. Then it will collect some info and transfer you to a live agent.
