Hi Dear TurboTax Customer Support,
I filed tax return through Turbotax this year. During the process of using some products I purchased for a order, I realized that some information was incorrect, and I needed to create a new tax return.
I have since completed and filed my tax return using another TurboTax product, and I no longer require products I initially purchased. I created a refund request for my initial order here: https://accounts.intuit.com/app/oirr/en_CA, however, I only see "Your Refund status is Closed". My request case number is [phone number removed]. Can you please help me with this issue and refund me for products I don't use? Thank you very much.
Unfortunately as you informed us, you used the first software and activation code, which is also confirmed in your file, we are unable to refund the product.
