I recently received and email and purchased TurboTax thinking it was the new version for 2021 tax year. When I downloaded realized it was 2020 version which I have already purchased and used. I have tried 3 times to get this returned through your web page and have heard absolutely noting from TurboTax. Please respond as to how I can get this refund or apply it to 2021 version
