Screen freezes with blue dots circulating. Can't purchase or file?
Completed my return, but when I go to purchase Turbo Tax, the screen freezes and blue dots just circulate on the screen. Has been happening for over two weeks. Is Turbo Tax going to fix this or should I go to an accountant to get my taxes done. Very frustrating.
