If you are preparing just your own return, then yes the amount shown on the "Great to see you again!" page should be the same as what is on your return. However, if you are preparing your return with your spouse, the amount on the "Great to see you again!" will be the total of both your returns, so the number may be different than what you have on each individual return.
If you feel that you are seeing an incorrect amount on the "Great to see you again!" page, please clear your browser cache (or use a different browser) and try again. This FAQ has instructions on how to clear the cache in several popular browsers: How do I clear my cache (browsing history)?
