Open TurboTax
We have abandoned our relationship with TurboTax due to incompetence and poor service of "experts". I have filed for a refund several weeks ago, and NO response has come from the company, though they say 5-7 days for response.
How do I elevate this issue?
I've requested that someone from Full Service call you.
