The Turbotax didn't work on Efile, if every time we need to talk to a grumpy technical support to file return, then Intuit needs to refund my money of the purchase!

So it isn't CRA, or Netfile, or Efile.  It isn't US or Canadian, it isn't T1, and it isn't due to the closure to Netfiling until February, and of course, it has nothing to do with your data entry. So maybe if you explained your situation, it could be helpful to someone else. This is a self-help forum, not a direct line to the Intuit programmers.

CRA has closed NETFILE and EFILE WebServices for T1 returns on January 16th, and will reopen on February 9th. You can still print and mail your returns.

During this time, any attempts to NETFILE your 2013 tax return will receive a CRA response message as follows:

"Canada Revenue Agency is unable to process your return at this time. Please try again later or check the News page on the NETFILE website for further details. The transmission website may be closed for scheduled maintenance."

Federal T1 NETFILE re-opens February 9 for the 2014 and 2013 tax years.
