SOFTWARE ERROR - T5008 entries NOT rolling forward onto Schedule 3

Just called its support number [phone number removed], the guy said this issue was not important , therefor, we have to manually enter them again.

Yes, you are right, it works. 

But the issue is, lots guys here include me have hundreds of items need to be entered.

The development team can make a button to do this quickly, but they are not willing to do so for now.
