Is there an error in the survey itself or did you make an error when completing it?

Survey itself. Link's expired now. Had good things to say and never had the chance. Wonder if there anything can be done.  Oh well.

Why is it so tough to get a customer satisfaction survey?

The error was that I didn't complete it before it said I was too late.
