T2209 foreign tax credit with no country info

I have a T3 that has a small amount of foreign non-business tax paid shown on it, but no country is given. It is for a mutual fund and when I asked my contact at the bank I was told it was probably from the international segment of the fund and I should just fill in "other" for the country on the T2209 form. I haven't found anything discussing if this is an option for the country name in the TurboTax help or CRA forms info.

The T3 is reported on a TurboTax T3 slip. In the online version of TurboTax there is a text box in the bottom right hand corner of the slip, and the online help there indicates you should enter "Global." In TurboTax download version, there is a Source Country drop-down box between lines 22 and 23. You can select Country #2 and in the notes box at the top, indicate "Global."
