T5013 missing Filers account number

I'm filling a T5013 form that was given to me.

I am missing a filers account number.

What exactly is an account number in this context? The filer that provided me the form did not fill this box/field.

How do I get this information or how else should I proceed?

Box 001. Which asks for the Filer's account number. But the filer who send me the T5013 didn't provide this info.

You will need to contact the filer to give you the number or contact the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) by calling them at 1-800-959-8281 as they use this information to reconcile reported amounts.
