Last year TT would NOT import QB desktop no matter who I talked to or what I tried. This year it is actually trying to, but then TT crashes and closes right down. I have followed the instructions...tax link...etc. If anyone has a fix beyond the basic instructions, that would be appreciated.

Went through this last year and the cycle begins again this year. You say contact TT support, so I do. They say 'no one would tell you to contact us about this issue, this is a QB issue'. We tell them 'you told us to contact TT'. They give us wrong QB # - same as last year. I look up proper QB # and QB says 'why are you calling us -this is a TT issue, it's their software'. We say 'we just got off the phone from them and said to call you'. QB is as rude as TT in not wanting to help or offer up solutions. SOMEBODY NEEDS TO FIND A FIX AND HELP ME!
