TT Desktop erroneous entries

Turbo Tax Desktop has made numerous errors (including by not asking questions it should).  I figured out some fixes but I'm stuck with how to get around erroneous entries TT made about my book depreciation.  It checked the box that my tax and book depreciation is the same and I can't uncheck it, which means I can't  reconcile tax/book differences.  ANy ideas?
