Installed the cd for turbotax 2023 bought it at Staples, it asked to maintain or upgrade I choose maintain. When looking at my files (mine & in-law) from previous year to transfer, only mine showed up and not the other. Yet all the files were submitted to the government and saved on the same day. I’ve been using your product for almost 20 years, so it’s not because I’m a newbie at this, nor would I ever delete a file. I opened the 2022 version to see and the in-law file was as if it never was submitted or done, yet it showed the last day I used the program which was the date all the files were sent online to the government. I’m self-employed and have many items that transfer from year to year, I’m now worried about this issue happening to my file.
