The last two or three years I have had issues using turbo tax on my computer. Each year I contact support and never gets resolved. I want to use turbo tax again this year but I don't want to spend endless hours on the phone with support and getting no where. Apparently support says it is something in my computer that is causing to issues and they can't seem to fix it. I don't know what to do this year. If you keep records on my communications with you it would be under either "[email address removed]", "[email address removed]" , "[phone number removed]" or "[phone number removed]"
Advice on how to proceed please.
