Unable to Increase or Decrease Text Size

It's been a week and no one has contacted me regarding the inability of the software to increase the size of the text.

The request is still open. I've contacted the team that does the callbacks to find out why you haven't been called yet, but I haven't received a response yet. I will keep trying to see what the hold up is.

Has this been resolved?  I spent hours on the phone yesterday 3/28/2026 and used every solution that the specialist recommended to access my home and business turbo tax 2025.   
I run an hp omen laptop windows 11. The program is on my computer.

@Montanaszostak You cannot change the size of the top navigation bar. However, you can click on View // zoom // zoom in, or from form mode, you click on the text box in the blue bar (see screenshot). Sometimes, it can take effect only if you close the software and reopen it, depending on the option you used.

You can also try changing the scale and/or screen resolution in the Windows settings.
