I am trying to upgrade my Costco Home and Business 2023 online version to live assist since last one week. Every time I am getting message "unexpected error, we are trying to fix this error". Please advise.
Please try reinstalling TurboTax using the download from our website. You can download the current version of TurboTax CD/download edition here: Choose the 2023 TurboTax edition you need (for Windows).
