    What % if any can I apply to my wife's return from T5008 transactions?

    I made a lot of transactions under my name. Can I apply capital gain to my wife?

    What % if any can I apply to my wife's return from T5008 transactions?

    If the transactions were from joint accounts with your wife, then yes you can split the amounts.
