The initial launch of TurboTax 2021 will take place on December 15, 2021. Finalization of the forms will be based on Canada Revenue Agency approval, which will occur in stages leading up to February 21, 2022, NETFILE Open House.

As mentioned above, the initial launch of TurboTax 2021 will take place on December 15, 2021. On that date, you’ll be able to purchase the Download version (for Windows) from our product page.

I purchased TurboTax from your website today, December 15, 2021, and ended up buying and downloading  another copy of Turbo Tax 2020 because 2021 is apparently not available yet on your website.  How do WE fix this?

It is now February 23rd and according to Intuit, the CRA has NOT finalized their forms and therefore some of us cannot Netfile at this time.... depending on what forms are in our return.  Do not understand why Netfile would be open if the forms are not finalized as per this post.   Resolution needed asap.

If you are not able to file and are seeing a message about locked forms, please see this TurboTax FAQ for more information: Why does TurboTax say my forms are locked or haven't been finalized? We are working to have the forms unlocked by the end of next week, if not sooner. We will update the FAQ when each form becomes available.

 

 

If you don’t have any of the forms on the list but you are still seeing this error message:
